Legal Injury Network is an information and legal referral service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this Site or submission of a claim.
We connect individuals who have been in auto accidents with attorneys and legal resources who may be able to assist them. Any legal representation is provided solely by the attorney you choose to retain, not by Legal Injury Network.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting a claim or any form on the Site. Providing false or misleading information may result in the removal of your submission from our system and notification to any attorneys involved.
Using Legal Injury Network, submitting a claim, or receiving a referral does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Legal Injury Network or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is established only when you formally retain a specific attorney through a written engagement agreement.
If you elect to receive SMS communications from Legal Injury Network, you consent to receive text messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of service. Legal Injury Network does not guarantee the outcome of any legal case, and we make no representations about the quality, competence, or fitness of any attorney in our network for your specific situation. We exercise reasonable care in vetting network participants, but we are not responsible for the conduct or advice of any attorney to whom you are referred.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legal Injury Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Legal Injury Network or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yellowstone County, Montana.
